The tradition of printing faces and images of famous personalities and
places is a practice followed by every country. This gives an identity
to the notes of the particular nation and makes it different from
others. Australian currencies have different faces printed on them and
they vary from note to note. The personalities who are featured on the

Mary Reibey - At the age of only seventeen, Mary was banished to
Australia for horse stealing. She took over the business after her

John Flynn - The forerunner in Australian aviation during the early
part of 20th Century, The Reverend John Flynn also brought into light
