David Unaipon - David’s passionate work about Aboriginal life, himself being an Aboriginal, made him a face to be featured on the $50 note. He earned fame as the first published Aboriginal writer in the 1800s. With his interest in science, he developed many new devices to help the people.

Edith Cowan on the Australian $50 note

Edith Cowan - All Edith’s work were related to women and there liberalization. She was the first female to become the Member of the Parliament. She supported thoughts like value of education, sex education in schools and women's hospitals and shelters were built with her assistance to groups and Guilds and also supported to create the National Council of Women.
