others. Australian currencies have different faces printed on them and

Sir Henry Parkes - Better known as the 'Father of Federation’,
the charge for federation was led by Parkes from 1891 to 1896 when he
died. He was the Premier of New South Wales between 1872 and 1891 and
was also a politician, ivory turner and journalist. Parkes in Canberra
and the town of Parkes in New South Wales were named after Parkes.

Catherine Helen Spence - Catherine played a significant role
to make South Australia the first Australian colony to give women the
voting right. This Scottish-born lady was a women activist in Australia
in the 1800s and made her name as the first women preacher. She got many
book published on social law and regional history.
